The choreography and dancers for this week’s So You Think You Can Dance were O.K, but there is a lack of spontaneity in all of the dancers this year. The judges keep telling everyone to be themselves, and at the same time keep telling them how to dance (at least according to each of the judge’s taste). So the paradox of dance continues, and I don’t think the judges even realize how odd it is. But be that as it may, here are two video links to a couple of terrific dance routines.

In the first video clip, Danny and Lacey do the sexiest dance I have seen so far in the last three seasons. It is hot, so keep some ice nearby. I think Danny in the first clip is probably the best dancer, but he tries to hard to please the judges. The heck with the judges already. Dance your heart out! Pasha and Lauren’s Hip Hop is very good also, but neither a great hip hop dancers, so they are a little out of their element. The choreography, however, it awesome.

Joe Scarborough, who is a well known conservative TV personality and former Republican Congressman, and a couple of political commentators debated whether or not George Bush is an Idiot? I’m going to try out this video link on you guys and see what you think. This is definitely a departure from your usual YouTube video of a guy sticking his face in a barrel of slime.

Carl Jung was a very famous Swiss psychiatrist, influential thinker, and founder of analytical psychology. I find his thinking quite profound and unique. In this video link he talks about how he imagines what happens to life after death – or death after life. One begets the other in a never-ending cycle. Do we have any proof of the permanence of the “soul”. I think we do. It is called inherited characteristics. What we inborn knowledge is simply what we learned in past lives. Some of us are great sports players, others child prodigies. Some of us are gifted woodworkers or are great at cheating others. Is all of this learned from past lives? Well, here are Jung’s views.
