TV Link - John McCain Says Iraq War is About Oil - Not Terrorism?
Out of the mouth of babes. John McCain really can’t help but to speak the truth. He is sort of a modern day Pinocchio. Has anyone watched his nose grow lately?
Anyway, Chris Mathews showed this clip on May 2, which pretty much says it all. John McCain suggests, in a most explicit way, that the Iraq War, was not about terrorism, but was about oil? So why is everyone so surprised? Is this some sort of secret? Apparently there is still a percentage of Americans who actually believe that the Iraq War is about making the U.S. safe from terrorists (no one from Iraq was involved in 911, it was almost all Saudis). Well, John (I Cannot Help But Speaketh the Truth) McCain confirms, for all believers, what Greenspan said a few months ago. It is all about oil. Is this something to die for?
